Terms

Last updated November 6, 2026

These terms cover the DonorClerk website and early-access list, operated by Dincer Labs (“we”, “us”). Full terms of service for the product will be published before it launches, and you’ll be asked to accept them before you connect a donor database.

Early access

Joining the early-access list doesn’t create an account or any obligation for you or for us. We may invite people in any order, and features, timing and prices may change. Prices shown on the website are drafts until we confirm them with you.

Using the website

Please don’t misuse the website: for example, don’t try to break or overload it, and don’t submit other people’s information to the early-access list without their permission.

Examples on this website

The conversations, donors, organizations and amounts shown on this website are made-up examples to illustrate how DonorClerk is designed to work.

Third parties

DonorClerk is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Little Green Light, Neon One (Neon CRM), Bloomerang, WildApricot, OpenAI (ChatGPT, Codex), Anthropic (Claude, Claude Code), Google (Gemini), Perplexity AI (Perplexity), Mistral AI (Le Chat), xAI (Grok), Meta (Muse), Anysphere (Cursor), Microsoft (Visual Studio Code), Stripe, PayPal, Givebutter or Cloudflare. All product and company names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility or services we use.

No warranty

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
